We shipped chat before we shipped AI

The team behind ZChat has been building and supporting website chat software for years. That history is why handoff, routing, business hours and offline capture are built in rather than bolted on — they are the parts that decide whether support actually works.

Two products, one problem

ZChat is the cloud product, billed per agent seat. DChat is a separate self-hosted product you install and run on your own servers, sold as a subscription (Community edition free with unlimited agents, Premium $19 and Enterprise $49 per agent per month). Same problem, two deployment models, because the teams whose policies rule out cloud still need a way to answer customers.

We would rather say no than overstate

The site separates what has shipped from what is configured setup and what is still roadmap. Channel maturity, compliance status and AI limits are stated plainly, including where they fall short. That is a deliberate choice about how we would want to be sold to.
