What's in the ZChat download

The download is the complete evaluation package, not a simplified demo. Self-hosted server

The ASP.NET Core 8 server that runs the whole platform. Host it behind IIS, Nginx, or as a service, backed by your own SQL Server database.

Browser dashboard

The agent and admin console for live chat, transcripts, departments, knowledge base, AI setup, webhooks, and settings, served straight from the same server.

Website widget

The embeddable visitor chat widget you add to any site with a single snippet, including a widget test page to try it immediately.

SQL install scripts

Schema and seed scripts to create the database and default accounts. The local runner can also provision the demo database automatically on first run.
